Question for experts / lovers of Greek Mythology?

I've always been quite interested in Greek Mythology, but never known much about it. I'd love to learn, but I know there's so much of it, I don't really know where to start.
Is there a 'dummy's guide' or something?
If not where would you recommend I start?

Also, I remember years ago in Primary school learning about the Minator and Medusa. Are they from Greek Mythology or something completely different?

Robert Graves' book, 'The Greek Myths' is a good start and easy read. It really brings out the narrative and story-like nature of so many of the...er...stories. Very enjoyable to read.
