Recreate PowerPoint Chart from Picture

Please kindly note this guide is for Microsoft Office 2003 only. For Microsoft Office 2007 user you must first create the chart in version 2003 and use "editing existing" feature while formatting the chart in Microsoft Office 2007.

Convert a chart from picture could be a quick task since in most cases we can recreate the chart easily by using data labels on the picture. But what if no labels are available? By using the following method, we can convert a picture into editable column or line graph object without estimation while keeping it accurate. Let's get started:

* Right click on the picture in PowerPoint, select "Save as Picture" and save it as any image file

* Fill in category labels in Excel with dummy data

* Highlight data and select "Chart Wizard" to create a column chart

* Make sure the "Plot Area" and "Chart Area" background color is set to none

* Double click on "Chart Area"

* Within "Patterns" tab select "Fill in Effects" on lower right

* Go to "Picture" tab then click on "Select Picture", and import the Jpeg image we just created

* As you can see the picture is now become background of the column chart

* Adjust category and value axis, make them align with axises of the picture

* If necessary, crop the picture in PowerPoint and export again until it fits perfectly

* Fix scale in value axis, data range must be the same as the picture

* Click on individual column and point your mouse to the top of it until a double-arrow icon appear, drag the mouse to adjust value and makes it match with the picture

* Paste data from excel into ppt chart object and you are all set

What is the proper wattage needed for a power inverter/converter to hook up my PS3 in my car?

I had a power inverter/converter that worked perfectly in conjunction with my PS2. I tried using it for my PS3 and it just doesn't give enough juice. I bought a new one on a whim on ebay like a dummy just cuz it said that it worked for the PS3... and of course it didn't either. I am not technically saavy in the least and would like someone to please point in the right direction. What amount of wattage do I need to find in a converter so that it powers my PS3? Unfortunately, having it professionally hooked up "Pimp My Ride" style is not an option. Anyone?

I don't have an answer to your power question, but I wanted to let you know it isn't good for the PS3's hard drive to be used in a moving car.

Graduation Party Photoshop Help Please?!?

I have to make a Graduation Party slide for a young lady that goes to my church for powerpoint and I just got a photoshop book for dummies and haven't made it to the layers part yet. I tried to skip to it and figure it out but I must have missed some important things in between because for the life of me i cannot figure it out.

Would someone be so kind as to tell me how to put the image of the girl in the lower left hand corner of the graduation cap background. I want her at an angle to the left. I need enough room to be able to type about her party. If anyone is bored and can do it really quickly I would appreciate that too. Thank you!!!! P.S. Feel free to play around if you'd like and have time.
