Hockey for dummies......?
All my friends/family are HUGE hockey fans. I watch games all the time, but I must admit, I still don't understand a lot of the "rules".
Any good websites for dummies like me to help me understand the game a little better?
When I first started studying the game I actually read hockey for dummies and then watched hockey with people who understood the game. It's really not that hard to understand, and when ever possible to live games rather than watching on tv. Sitting in seats in the upper bowl gave me a great opportunity to see all of the ice from above. It's cool when you can actually see plays develop.
