Which is better: Third Sphere Hosting -or- Wealthy Affiliate?

I am wanting to create a website where I can sell e-books, and list affiliate links along with tons of free, useful information. Does anybody know which site would be best to sign up with?

By the way - I am needing something that I can see, click, and do. Something dummy proof. I am learning more about this online stuff, but really need something that will make this easy for me.

Please don't send me an affiliate link of your own to buy from that site - I am set on these two, and I just need to know others opinions.
