will the "Basic yoga workout for dummies" dvd help me to lose weight? how often must i do it to lose weight?

has anyone tried this dvd? did u get a lot of use out of it/ did it help u to relax and lose weight?


It will definitely help you lose some body fat and tone your muscles BUT for it to be more effective you should also do cardio/aerobic exercise for at least 20 minutes a day such as running, swimming, or biking. The combination of the two types of exercise will help you lose weight faster and become more fit and healthy.
