Please help...at a total loss?

My 10 week old twins feed well and go down for a sleep pretty well too, the problem is they wake up after only half an hour and then cry continuously until the next feed and basically that cycle continues all day. I've tried Calpol, Gripe Water, Infacol, and dummies. They are passified fractionally by me holding them but thats just not practical to do obviously all day long. Does anyone have any helpfull suggestions?

I will go with the colic answer too.

Usually babies are crying and they stop after you hold then. It seems that they are growing well, feeding well, nothing is hurting them but they cry.
The reason for that is unknown. Sorry. Is very distressing specially with twins.
But, it seems that some kind of movement help them to give some relief. Try a swing.

Colic is a mystery. Is a mystery the way it comes and is a mystery the way is going to disappear when they are about 3-4 months old, Good luck
