How do I just build in Sims 2 Open for Business?
I just got the game and at the moment I dont really need to play, I want to just build a store and take screen shots of it. The graphics are great for a layout picture I need to make, but being absolutely new, my computer runs it real bumpy, and I must be a manual dummy cause it didnt seem to help very much. I want to just build a store (without money) take screen shots and I'll learn to play the Sims later when I have time. At one point I think I did get into the build mode only none of the retail building things were available. But I have Sims 2, Open for Business, and The University Life. Is there any separate program I can use that just lets u build? Any little help is welcome. Thanks in advance.
At the neighboorhood, all you have to do is click on the lots & houses button in the lower left corner of the screen (just below and to the right of the family button) click on the lot button in the menu that pops up on the bottom. Select a lo size. Place the lot adjacent to the road. A window pops up asking you to name it and select whether its a residential or community lot, select community. Click OK. Go back to the family button. Click on the lot you just made. Then click enter. You will be able to build with out any cost.
