ferrets for dummies
I've been wanting a ferret for the longest time...

but i need to learn a lot about them. i'm getting ferrets for dummies soon, but i want to hear it from someone who has actually had them. tell me your experiences, such as what kind they are (marshall's, private breeder, etc), and where you got them, and how long they lived, and why they died. thanks! any answer would help!

1st of all make sure that ferrets are legal where you live. Ferrets live up to 10 years old. They love to play. I haven't owned any ferrets but I have worked with them. Usually the ferrets died of old age. Ferrets are related to skunks so they have a musky scent. They are very flexible so they can slip into small spaces. They eat ferret kibble and meat (mice, rat ect).
