sales for dummies
If someone Gift's 2 cars to you for whatever the reason?

then forged signatures on the title...then filled out a dummy sales form and pays sales tax saying I sold them ot him...after being brought up on forgerty charges and Filing a false government document...will I get the cars back??? Or can I get the cars back..SOmeone says that's now a civil suite..
NO..The original owner gifted the cars to me for $1.00...the titles were stolen from my mailbox by the person who originally gifted the cars to me..then he forged the stolen titles into his name and filled out a sales form stating I sold him the cars...
He is now on charges for the forgeries..and filing false govn. documents...4 felonies...but they didn't make him sign back the cars to me stating I have to go to civil court to get them back...what is that??? I owned the cars fair and square...Now he can take the cars back???

The answer to your question lies in the part you don't want us to know, "for whatever the reason". Sounds like there was fraud involved and the person felt free to commit more fraud to get his property back. Your only remedy would be in civil court and you would probably lose.
