Help getting music onto phone from computer??

Yeah i know this is probably basic stuff for most of you!! But i'm a total dummy when it comes to technical stuff.

So basicly, what do i use to get Mp3's onto my phone. is it imesh?? and how do i get it? and is it free? and will it give the computer viruses??

2 Options,

1. If u have a memory card, then connect this to your computer using a memory card reader and copy all the mp3 u want to the memory card and the play it using your phone.

2.If you have built in memory in your phone, then connect the phone to ur computer using a USB cable provided for the phone and use the software that was provided with the phone for the connectivity. (u can download this from the phone manufacture website).This software will allow to transfer the song to ur phone.
