Can you use an International Business Corporation (IBC) to pay utilities and rent a residence?

I need to remain anonymous and don't want someone finding me based on utility records and credit checks run by a landlord. I'm thinking of forming an IBC so my identity can remain anonymous. But there's no point to doing that if I cannot pay for my utilities and rent a residence using the IBC. I've already got a plan to use a dummy address for all other things like Drivers License, mail, etc. but there are some things where your name usually has to be associated with an address, such as utility bills and rental applications. Any ideas?

OP here...Not sure how to respond to previous answer...but I think you misunderstand.

An IBC is completely and totally anonymous, it is not like a US corporation at all. That's the point. IBC corporate data is most explicitly NOT public information - it is filed in a different country and they do not make it public. I would not actually be performing any business with the IBC at all, so zoning wouldn't come into play.

As for fake address for the drivers license - I didn't say it was fake, I said a dummy address, which is the address of someone I know, with whom I could argue that I spend part of my time there if pressed.

Property is rented by corporations all the time instead of individuals...they don't run credit checks on the officers of the corporation. If microsoft rents a building, are they running Bill Gates credit report and get his local personal references? I doubt it. Corporations rent property all the time, all over the place. They are legal entities.

IF the property is zoned for business, then why wouldnt' a utility company turn on power for a corporation's account? It may cost a bit more, but the goal here was my personal anonymity, not price.
