Access 2007 For Dummies

[simpleaffiliate source="chitika" results="0"][/simpleaffiliate]

Will "excel 2007 for dummies" work if you have excel 2004 for mac?

I am in a beginners programming class and we are using Excel and VBA, but most of the work in class is done on a PC.

I only have access to my macbook that has Microsoft office 2004 for mac, so I need to figure out if the excel 2007 dummies book will work for excel 2004. I already bought the darn book for $30 and did some highlighting, but now I'm just finding out it might not be the right book I need.

Anyone know if I can use this book?
Pttt... great... now another $30 or so dollars I can't afford to spend.

I really appreciate your advice though.
I just went out and bought Excel for Dummies 2007

Thanks everyone.

Its one of those yes and no things.

At their heart, they are the same basic program, however, in my experience, there has been a lot moved around in Office 2007.
The toolbars, for example, are almost completely different. The program should work the same way, though, its just that it may be harder to find things.
I haven't done a whole lot of comparing the two, but the little that I have done seems to go along with that.
