Has anyone read the book Siberian Huskies for Dummies?

Am thinking of getting a Siberian Husky but would like to do a lot of research before I get one. I have heard of this siberian huskies for dummies book. Has anyone read it and if so would it be a good book to get? Are there any other books on Huskies which are for sale I should try getting?

Thanks 10 points for best answer!

I have never read the book, but made the mistake of jumping in head first (knowing nothing about Huskies) and got two out of the same litter. Both male and female, turned a year old on July 4th. They are wonderful dogs, but they have a lot of bad habits. No matter how hard you try, you will never be able to wear them out. Seriously, I wouldn't trade them for the world, but you have to consider the negatives of them. My male howls or "sings", but the female does not, they get bored of old toys so they chew up things they're not supposed to mess with, they shed profusely (and mine are inside dogs-so its hard to wear dark colors), they dig, pull while leash walking, they are escape artists, etc. Just do a lot of research to ensure that you will have the time to spend with Huskies....They are a lot of work and require a lot of attention.
The good thing is---my two LOVE other animals and everyone they cross paths with! I have a two year old niece that they are great with....
Overall, again, they are great dogs, just make sure that you're ready for a Husky! They're a handful!
